Lokey keeps this device's status live in the registry (battery, network, storage) instead of a one-time snapshot.

Debug build — Android will warn about "unknown sources." Allow it, then open the app, set the Locator URL shown below, and press "Start reporting."

Installs the native Lokey agent as a logon Scheduled Task (heartbeats CPU/MEM/DISK to the mesh, same as Linux/Mac).

Requires Python 3 already installed (get it from python.org if python --version fails, checking "Add to PATH" during setup) — the installer handles everything else. Not yet verified end-to-end on real Windows hardware; some checks in hard-stats.py assume Linux/macOS (Docker socket, load average) and should no-op harmlessly, but report back if the heartbeat doesn't show up.
